Cancellation due to adverse weather:
- If authorities cancel before departure from Hanoi (no services used): 100% refund.
- If cancellation occurs during the trip (some services used): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, and the rest will be refunded.

From Hanoi Old Quarter: Pick-up from your hotel is available between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. The transfer to Halong International Port (No. 09 Halong Road, Bai Chay, Ha Long City) takes approximately 2.5 hours, including a 20-minute break midway. This transfer service can be booked for an additional fee.
From Halong International Port: Guests should arrive by 11:30 AM for check-in and to board the tender boat to the cruise. Transfer options include a shared shuttle bus from the Old Quarter or a private car for more flexibility, both available for an extra charge.
