Welcome to EnjoyVietnamTravel. By accessing our website or booking any service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Company Information

EnjoyVietnamTravel is operated by Enjoy Vietnam Travel Co., Ltd., a licensed tour operator registered in Hanoi, Vietnam. International Tour Operator Licence No: 01-xxx/2010/TCDL-GPLHQT.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit and issue a written confirmation email.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Prices shown on the website are per person based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or supplier changes with prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm most tour bookings. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date. See our Payment Methods page for details.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Written notice is required for any cancellation.

5. Travel Documents & Visa

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and required visas.
• We provide visa assistance services but are not responsible for visa denials by government authorities.
• We recommend checking current travel advisories from your home country before departure.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers. It is mandatory for certain activities such as trekking, diving, or adventure tours. EnjoyVietnamTravel is not responsible for any losses due to lack of insurance.

7. Tour Changes & Itinerary Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, operational, or safety reasons. Significant changes will be communicated in advance, and alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.

8. Liability & Responsibility

EnjoyVietnamTravel acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (hotels, transport, restaurants, etc.). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:

• Personal injury, loss or damage to personal property
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party providers
• Acts of terrorism, war, or force majeure
• Illness, theft, or criminal acts by third parties

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

9. Customer Conduct

Travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, other travellers, local people, and cultural sites. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, illegal, or endangers others, without refund.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Any complaints must be raised directly with the guide or local representative during the trip to allow immediate resolution. Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of trip completion to sale@enjoyvietnamtravel.com.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, videos) is the property of EnjoyVietnamTravel or used with permission. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

12. Privacy

Personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
