Cancellation & Refund Policy
Transparent rules for cancellations and refunds on all bookings.
At EnjoyVietnamTravel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and industry-standard. Last updated: April 2026.
Standard Cancellation Schedule
For tours, cruises, and multi-day packages, refunds are calculated based on how many days before the scheduled departure date we receive your written cancellation notice:

Hotel Bookings
Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and rate type:
- Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
- Non-Refundable Rate: No refund for cancellation. Please check the booking details before confirming.
- Peak Season (Dec 20 – Jan 5, Lunar New Year): Stricter policies may apply.
Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the rare event of cancellation due to natural disasters, government travel restrictions, pandemics, war, or similar uncontrollable events, we will offer you one of the following:
- Rescheduling your trip to an alternative date (no fees)
- Credit voucher valid for 24 months
- Refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g. domestic flights, hotel deposits already paid)
Cancellation by EnjoyVietnamTravel
If we must cancel a tour for operational reasons (minimum group size not met, safety concerns, etc.), you will receive a 100% full refund or the option to switch to another available departure at no extra cost.
How to Cancel Your Booking
- Send written notice to sale@enjoyvietnamtravel.com including your booking reference.
- You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours.
- Refunds are processed within 7 – 14 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank transfer refunds may incur a small processing fee charged by the intermediary bank.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. This is your best protection against unexpected events.
