- During the trip (some services, such as transfer, lunch, day trip, or hotel in Halong, have been utilized): Charges will apply for the services used, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the remainder refunded.

- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge when sharing all services and cabin with parents. A maximum of one child per cabin is permitted under this policy.
