Cancellation due to unfavorable weather conditions:
- If cancellation is announced by the Halong Bay Management Board before departing from Hanoi (no services used): A full 100% refund will be issued.
- If cancellation occurs during the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a multi-night trip is shortened (e.g., 2 nights reduced to 1 night): Guests will be charged for the shorter trip duration (e.g., 2 days/1 night trip) plus any other used services, with the remainder refunded.

- Transfers to Ninh Binh after the cruise are also available; a shared bus costs US $20 per person, while a private car is US $105.
- Return transfers to Hanoi are scheduled for approximately 14:00.
