- If cancellation is announced by the Halong Bay Management Board:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remainder will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, and the rest will be refunded.

- A maximum of 1 child under 12 years old may share a bed with parents.
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge when sharing all services with parents.
- Children between 5 and 11 years old: Charged at 75% of the adult rate.

Guests who arrange transfer services (at an additional cost) should wait for their driver at their hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM for the journey to Halong Bay. Upon completion of the cruise, disembarkation at Tuan Chau Port is around 11:00 AM, followed by a transfer back to Hanoi (if pre-booked).
