Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made more than 21 days before the check-in date will incur no charge.
- For cancellations between 11 and 20 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking rate will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before check-in, or in the case of a no-show, will result in a 100% charge of the total booking rate.
Cancellation due to Adverse Weather:
- If the Halong Bay Management Board announces a cancellation before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay, and no services have been utilized, a 100% refund will be issued.
- If cancellation occurs during the trip, after some services (such as transfer, lunch, day trip, or hotel in Halong) have been used, the cost of used services will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded.
- Should a multi-night trip be shortened (e.g., from 2 nights to 1 night), guests will be charged for the utilized portion (e.g., a 2-day/1-night trip) plus any other used services, with the remaining balance refunded.

- Children under 2 years old travel free of charge, with a maximum of one complimentary infant permitted per booking or group. Any additional infants will be subject to the 2-4 years old child rate.
- Children aged 2 years old up to (but not including) 5 years old are charged 65% of the adult rate.
- Children aged 5 years old up to (but not including) 12 years old are charged 85% of the adult rate.
- Guests aged 12 years old and above are charged the full adult rate.
Transportation to and from the cruise port is not included in the standard cruise fare. Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to Lot 42, Tuan Chau Harbor, Halong, Quang Ninh, Vietnam, which serves as the departure point for the Catherine Horizon Cruise.
