More than 21 days before check-in: No charge.
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of the total rate.
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate.
Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of the total rate.

Cancellation due to unfavorable weather conditions:

If cancellation is announced by the Halong Bay Management Board before departure from Hanoi (no services used): A full 100% refund will be issued.
If cancellation occurs during the trip (after some services have been utilized, such as transfer, lunch, day trip, or hotel in Halong): Charges will apply for services already used, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip, plus any other services used, with the balance refunded.

Children under 6 years old: Free of charge when sharing all services with parents. A second child will incur a a $25 charge if sharing a bed with parents.
Children aged 6 to 11 years old: Charged 75% of the adult price.
Two children under 11 years old occupying a separate cabin: Charged 80% of the cabin rate.

Shuttle bus transfers from Hanoi to Halong International Cruise Port in Bai Chay town, Halong City, and vice versa, are available at an additional fee. These transfers can be booked during the next step of the reservation process.
