- Less than 7 days before check-in or no show: 0% refund (100% of total rates charged)
Cancellation due to bad weather:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the remainder refunded.

Cancellation policies are specific to each cruise, so guests should consult the detailed cruise information or contact sales for further clarification. If a cancellation occurs a certain number of days before departure, no charges will be incurred.

Children under 6 years old: Free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents. A second child will be charged $25 (sharing bed with parents).
Children aged 6 to 11 years old: Charged at 75% of the adult price.
Two children under 11 years old requiring a separate room: Charged at 80% of the cabin rate.

Guests can arrange shuttle service from Hanoi to Halong International Cruise Port in Bai Chay town, Halong City, for an additional fee. This transfer typically departs Hanoi between 08:00 and 08:30 in the morning. The return journey from Halong to Hanoi is also available via comfortable transfer, departing between 12:00 and 15:00, concluding the trip back at your Hanoi hotel.
