Guests are required to provide passport information at least one week prior to the cruise departure date. Specific dietary requests, such as vegetarian, allergy-related, or non-seafood preferences, should be communicated in advance to ensure proper arrangements can be made.
Cancellation by Customer:
- More than 21 days before check-in: No charge (FREE of charge)
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates will be charged
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates will be charged
- Less than 7 days before check-in or a 'no show': 100% of total rates will be charged
Cancellation due to bad weather:
If the Halong Bay Management Board announces a cancellation, the following policies apply based on the timing:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): A 100% refund will be issued.
- During the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): The cost of used services will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is reduced to 1 night due to weather: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip, plus other used services, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
The final cost determination will be confirmed via email by your consultant. For urgent assistance in any situation, please contact us directly.
- One child under 5 years old, sharing existing bedding with two adults, is free of charge.
- For a second child under 5 years old, or any child aged 5-11 sharing a double/twin room with two adults: 50% of the adult rate applies (without an extra bed) or 75% of the adult rate (with an extra bed).
- Children aged 12 years and above are charged the full adult rate.
For guests who opt for the transfer service (available at an additional fee), transportation will be provided by a modern shuttle bus or limousine. These vehicles are equipped with air conditioning, comfortable leather seating, and USB charging ports for electronic devices.
Departing from Hanoi: A shuttle bus will collect guests from their hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter between 08:00 and 08:30, proceeding directly to Halong Bay. Private transfers can be arranged by contacting our service team via hotline, telephone, or email.
Departing from Halong International Harbor: Guests traveling independently must arrive at Halong International Harbor before 11:30 to ensure timely boarding. From the harbor, a tender boat will transfer passengers to the Victory Star Cruise.
