Infants under 4 years old: No charge for sleeping in parent's cabin (cot availability not guaranteed, parents must provide baby food). Children aged 5 years and above: Must occupy their own berth. Children under 4 years: No charge. Children aged 5–12 years: Receive a 30% discount on the cruise fare.

Transfers in Siem Reap are provided exclusively to and from the FCC Angkor Hotel. The cruise departs from Saigon Port (Cang Nha Rong Port - No 5, Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, District 4). In Phnom Penh, the ship anchors conveniently at the riverbank near the city center. For disembarkation on Day 8, during low water season (January to June), a 5-6 hour bus transfer is provided from Koh Chen to your hotel in Siem Reap. During high water season (July to December), the Toum Tiou I sails to Phnom Krom pier, approximately 5 miles from Siem Reap, where a bus will transfer passengers to their hotels.
