All prices are quoted in USD and are valid until September 30, 2026. For specific cancellation details, guests should refer to the individual cruise policy or contact the sales department. The cruise operates on a full board basis, with all meals included as indicated in the itinerary.

- 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates
In cases of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions as declared by the Halong Bay Management Board, the following provisions apply:
- Before departure from Hanoi (no services utilized): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, Halong hotel, have been utilized): Charges will apply for used services, with the remaining balance refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other utilized services, and the remainder will be refunded.
The precise refund amount will be confirmed via email by your consultant. For urgent assistance, please contact us directly.
- Children under 4 years old: Free of charge when sharing existing bedding and services with parents (maximum 1 child).
- Children aged 4 to 8 years old: Charged 75% of the adult rate.
- Children 9 years old and above: Charged the full adult price.
Guests are picked up from their hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter by shuttle bus between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM (this transfer incurs an additional fee and must be booked separately). The journey to Halong Bay via highway takes approximately 2.5 hours.
Upon conclusion of the cruise, return transfers to Hanoi are also available for an extra charge. Guests typically arrive back at their hotel in the Old Quarter around 2:30 PM.
