- A specific cancellation policy applies to each cruise; please refer to the cruise details or contact sales for further information.
- More than 21 days before check-in: Free of charge.
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates will be charged.
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before check-in or a no-show: 100% of total rates will be charged.
- If cancellation is due to bad weather by the Halong Bay Management Board:
- Before departure from Hanoi (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services used): Used services will be charged, and the remainder refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the balance refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. Please contact us directly for urgent assistance.
- Children aged 05 to 11 years old, sharing a room with parents, are charged 75% of the adult rate.
- Children under 05 years old are free of charge (FOC) when sharing all services with parents. Only one (01) child under 5 years old sharing a room with two (02) adults is permitted for FOC per cabin.
- Guests aged 12 years and older are considered adults and charged 100% of the adult rate.
- For guests who reserve transfer services (at an additional fee), pick-up from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter occurs between 07:45 and 08:30. The precise pick-up time will be confirmed the day prior to departure.
- Return transfer services (at an additional fee) will bring guests back to their Hanoi Old Quarter hotel around 15:00 on the day of disembarkation.
