Cancellation due to unfavorable weather conditions: If the Halong Bay Management Board cancels the cruise, the following policies apply:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund of the total booking cost.
- During the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the remainder refunded.

- The specified child rate applies when one child shares a twin or double cabin with two adults, sleeping on a mattress provided.
- Children aged 05 to 11 years old: 75% of the adult rate applies when staying with parents (not applicable for Family rooms).
- Children under 05 years old: Complimentary (FOC), sharing all services and amenities with parents.
- Only one child under 4 years old is permitted to stay free of charge per cabin when sharing with two adults.
