- More than 21 days before check-in: No cancellation fee.
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of the total rate will be charged.
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of the total rate will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of the total rate will be charged.
Cancellation due to inclement weather:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): A full 100% refund will be issued.
- During the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, Halong hotel): Charges will apply for used services, with the remaining balance refunded.
- Trip shortened from 2 nights to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, and the remainder will be refunded.

- Infants (0 - 4 years old): Complimentary, sharing all services and amenities with parents (maximum one infant per cabin; a second infant will be charged at the child rate).
- Children (5 - 11 years old): Charged at 75% of the adult rate (maximum one child per cabin).
- Guests 11 years old and above: Charged at 100% of the adult rate.
Transfers from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back are available via limousine bus or private car, which can be arranged for an additional fee. Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi typically occurs between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. The drive to Tuan Chau Marina lasts approximately 3 hours. Upon disembarkation at Tuan Chau Harbor, guests who booked transfers will return to Hanoi, with an estimated drop-off at their hotel around 2:30 PM.
