- 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of the total rate.

- Less than 7 days before check-in or no show: 100% of the total rate.
- Cancellation due to bad weather:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Trip shortened from 2 nights to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the remainder refunded.
- The final cost for weather-related cancellations will be confirmed by your consultant via email. For urgent assistance, please contact us directly.
- Children under 6 years old: Free of charge when sharing all services and beds with parents.
- Second child under 6 years old: A compulsory service charge and insurance fee of $25 USD applies (sharing bed with parents).
- Children 6 - 11 years old: Charged at 75% of the adult price.
- Two children under 11 years old staying in a separate room: Charged at 80% of the cabin rate.
When arranging your Calypso Cruise, you have the option to include transfer services. Two choices are available: a minivan, accommodating 9 to 16 passengers, or a shuttle bus, designed for approximately 29 passengers, which offers a more budget-friendly option. Pick-up from hotels within Hanoi's Old Quarter typically occurs between 8:00 and 8:30.
Guests are requested to arrive at Tuan Chau Pier by 11:30 for check-in. The journey from Hanoi to the pier generally takes between 2.5 to 3 hours. Around 12:00, a tender boat will transport you from the pier to the Calypso Cruise. On the return journey, the cruise disembarks at Tuan Chau Port around noon, with an estimated arrival time back in Hanoi at 15:00 if you opt for the shuttle bus service. Please note that transfer services incur an additional fee.
