The Ambassador Signature Cruise offers a diverse array of services and activities tailored to both its 2-day and 3-day itineraries:
- Cycling in Viet Hai Village: A unique highlight of the 2-day itinerary, allowing guests to cycle through scenic routes from coastal mountains to tropical greenery, exploring local life, fish lakes, bee houses, and ancient houses.
- Cave Exploration: On Day 2, guests visit Dark & Bright Cave, known for its frog-jaw shape and sparkling stalactites. The 3-day itinerary also includes Trung Trang Cave.
- Cat Ba National Park Discovery: Exclusive to the 3-day cruise, this activity offers the chance to explore diverse flora and fauna, including the critically endangered golden-headed langur.
- Spa and Massage: Professional treatments such as body therapy, foot reflexology, facial skincare, manicures, and pedicures are available (additional charge).
- Live Musical Performances: A professional band performs nightly in the Piano Lounge (21:00-23:00, except Mondays) and during dinner on the sundeck (weather permitting, except Mondays), enhancing the onboard entertainment.

Booking Policies
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge.
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates.
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation due to bad weather: If cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, policies depend on timing:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services used): Used services will be charged, the rest refunded.
- Trip cut from 2 nights to 1 night: Charged for 2 days/1 night trip plus used services, rest refunded.

- Children under 5 years old: Surcharge 900,000VND/child & sharing bed with parents (maximum 2 children).
- Child from 5 - 11 years old: Surcharge 2,700,000VND/child & sharing bed with parents. Only 01 child under 12 years old is allowed to share a cabin with parents with a surcharged child rate.
- Child from 12 years old counts as adults.
To reach Halong International Cruise Port, guests can arrange a private car service or contact us for assistance. Pickup from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter is available between 08:00 - 8:30 for transfer to the port.
At the cruise port, guests will check in at the pier between 11:00 and 11:45, followed by a speedboat transfer to the Ambassador Signature Cruise around 11:45 - 12:20. On return, a shuttle bus transports guests from the cruise port back to Hanoi Old Quarter, arriving approximately 14:30.
