Cancellation due to bad weather:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Trip shortened from 2 nights to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2 days/1 night trip plus other used services, with the rest refunded.

- Children under 5 years old are free of charge when sharing all services with their parents, with a limit of one child per cabin.
- Children aged 5 to under 11 years old, sharing the same cabin with parents, are subject to a fee as detailed in the tariff table. A maximum of one child per cabin applies.
- Children requiring separate cabins will be charged the adult price.
Guests can arrange round-trip transfer services between Hanoi Old Quarter and Halong Bay for an additional fee of USD 40 per person. Pick-up is available directly from hotels within Hanoi's Old Quarter without extra charge. The drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay takes approximately 2.5 hours. Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Marina, guests will be welcomed in a waiting lounge for check-in procedures.
