Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, or in the case of a no-show, will incur a 100% charge of the total rate.

If cancellation occurs before departure from Hanoi (none of the services has been used), a full 100% refund will be issued. If some services (such as transfer, lunch, or day trip) have already been utilized, these will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Should a multi-night trip be shortened to one night, guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip, plus other used services, and the rest will be refunded. Guests have the option to arrange their own transportation to and from the cruise port or book transfer services directly. For those departing from Hanoi, a shuttle bus with a guide will pick up passengers from designated meeting points within the Hanoi Old Quarter between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM, proceeding to Halong Bay via the new highway with a brief rest stop en route.
For guests making their own way, arrival at Tuan Chau Harbor is recommended before 11:30 AM for a 12:00 PM check-in. Upon disembarkation, typically between 5:45 PM and 6:00 PM, return transfers to Hanoi by limousine or shuttle bus can be arranged (at an additional cost), with an estimated arrival back in Hanoi around 8:30 PM, followed by drop-off at your hotel.
