Your journey begins in the morning with a transfer from your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM, heading towards Halong City. Upon arrival at Ha Long International Cruise Port, you will proceed to the Sea Stars waiting lounge for check-in by 11:15 AM. Boarding commences around 12:00 PM, where a refreshing welcome drink awaits, accompanied by a brief introduction to the itinerary and essential safety information from the cruise manager.

The ship then sets sail, gliding through the captivating scenery of Halong Bay, passing by famous geological formations such as Am Tich Islet and Mat Quy Islet. A sumptuous high-end lunch is served as you take in the stunning views.

In the afternoon, the cruise makes its first stop at the Pearl Farm in the Tung Sau area. Here, you'll have the opportunity to observe the fascinating process of pearl cultivation and harvesting, or opt for a complimentary kayaking adventure. Following this, you will visit Sung Sot Cave, widely regarded as Halong Bay’s largest and most beautiful grotto. Cancellation by Customer:

More than 21 days before check-in: No charge.
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates charged.
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates charged.
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates charged.

Cancellation due to bad weather (announced by Halong Bay Management Board):

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, Halong hotel): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for the 2 days/1 night trip plus any other used services, and the remainder refunded.

Cancellation policies are specific to each cruise; please consult cruise details or contact sales for precise information. For bookings, a full refund is provided if cancellation occurs more than 21 days before check-in. Between 11 and 20 days prior to check-in, a 30% charge of the total rate applies. For cancellations made 7 to 10 days before check-in, 50% of the total rate will be charged. Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in or a no-show will incur a 100% charge of the total rate.

Children under 5 years old, sharing all services and bedding with adults: Free of charge (limited to 1 child per room).
For a second child under 5 in the same room, a surcharge of VND 2,700,000 applies (sharing bed with parent).
Children from 5 to 11 years old, sharing a bed with adults: Charged at 75% of the adult rate.
Children 12 years and older are considered adults and charged the full adult rate.

For guests requiring transfers between Hanoi and the cruise, this service is not part of the standard cruise package but can be arranged separately. Options include limousine bus or private car.

Departing from Hanoi: The transfer vehicle (available for an additional fee) will collect guests from their hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter between 8:00 and 8:30 AM, proceeding directly to Halong Harbor.

Departing from Halong International Harbor: Guests arranging their own transportation must arrive at the Sea Stars waiting lounge at Halong International Harbor by 11:15 AM to complete check-in and boarding procedures.
