A refreshing welcome drink and a crucial safety briefing will precede your cabin check-in as the vessel commences its journey into the tranquil expanse of Bai Tu Long Bay.

A delicious Vietnamese set menu lunch will be served as you glide past breathtaking limestone karsts and soak in the peaceful ambiance of the bay. The afternoon is dedicated to exploration around Cap La Island. Guests can choose to take a kayak and discover hidden lagoons and pristine waters, or simply relax on the sundeck, enjoying the views. More than 21 days before check-in: No cancellation fee applies.
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: A charge of 30% of the total rate will be applied.
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: A charge of 50% of the total rate will be applied.
Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of the total rate will be charged.

In cases of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, as announced by the Halong Bay Management Board, the following rules apply:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): A full 100% refund will be issued.
During the trip (some services already used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Charges for used services will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other services used, with the remainder refunded.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit is typically required. Specific details regarding the deposit amount and payment schedule will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Children under 4 years old: Free of charge when sharing all services and facilities with parents (maximum one child per cabin).
Second child and subsequent children under 4: Charged at 50% of the adult rate, with an extra bed provided.
Children from 5 to 11 years old: Charged at 75% of the adult rate and share a bed with parents.
Children aged 12 years and above: Charged at 100% of the adult rate.

Guests arranging transfer services will utilize a modern company shuttle bus. Private transfers are also available for an additional fee upon request. All guests will meet and board the Viet Sails Cruise at Tuan Chau Harbor.

From Hanoi: The shuttle bus will collect guests from hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter between 8:00 and 8:30. The journey to Halong Bay takes approximately 2.5 hours via the highway.

Self-arranged travel: Guests preferring to travel independently should arrive at Tuan Chau Marina before 11:30 to meet their guide and board the cruise.
