Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Harbor between 11:45 and 12:00, passengers will board the Phoenix wooden junk, commencing their day cruise into Halong Bay, a site recognized as one of the world's natural wonders. As the vessel sails deeper into the bay, guests will observe the distinctive and dramatic limestone islands and karst formations, many of which are named after their imaginative shapes, such as Fighting Cocks, Incense Burners, and Stone Dogs.

Lunch: An appetizing lunch featuring fresh seafood is served on board the cruise. Vegetarian options are available upon request. Guests can enjoy their meal while taking in the magnificent natural splendors and unique geological formations surrounding them.

Afternoon: The cruise proceeds to Sung Sot Cave, also known as Surprising Cave, located on Bo Hon Island. If cancelled during the trip (after some services like transfer, lunch, or day trip have been used): Charges will apply for the services already rendered, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If a multi-night trip is shortened (e.g., from 2 nights to 1 night): Guests will be charged for the actual duration of the trip (e.g., a 2-day/1-night trip) plus any other services utilized, with the remaining balance refunded.

For those utilizing the transfer service, pickup from hotels within Hanoi's Old Quarter typically occurs between 08:00 and 08:30. The journey to Halong Bay commences thereafter, with arrival at the port expected between 11:30 and 12:00. Following the cruise, the return journey to Hanoi begins around 17:00, with an estimated drop-off at Hanoi Old Quarter hotels by 20:30.

Please note that transfers from Noi Bai Airport are possible; however, arriving at the airport by 07:00 and needing to be picked up by 08:30 for the cruise entails a high risk of delays, potentially causing guests to miss the scheduled cruise departure.
