Your Halong Bay adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM (this transfer is an optional add-on). A comfortable 2.5-hour journey via highway will bring you to Tuan Chau Marina. From 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, you'll be warmly greeted at the waiting lounge to complete check-in procedures before stepping aboard the Phoenix Cruise.

Once on board, enjoy a welcome drink and a crucial safety briefing. Settle into your cabin as the vessel sets sail, allowing you to admire the initial limestone formations. A delicious lunch will be served as you glide past iconic islets like Incense Burner, Dog Stone, and Fighting Cock. The afternoon is dedicated to discovery, starting with a visit to the Tung Sau Pearl Farm. Here, you can learn about pearl cultivation and perhaps try kayaking around the farm to appreciate the surrounding seascape. Later, the cruise proceeds to Titop Island, where you can unwind on the sandy beach, swim in the clear waters, or challenge yourself with a 400-step hike to the peak for incredible panoramic views.

In cases of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions as declared by the Halong Bay Management Board, the following provisions apply:

Before departure from Hanoi (no services utilized): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, Halong hotel, have been utilized): Charges will apply for used services, with the remaining balance refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other utilized services, and the remainder will be refunded.

All prices are quoted in USD and are valid until September 30, 2026. For specific cancellation details, guests should refer to the individual cruise policy or contact the sales department. The cruise operates on a full board basis, with all meals included as indicated in the itinerary.

Children under 4 years old: Free of charge when sharing existing bedding and services with parents (maximum 1 child).
Children aged 4 to 8 years old: Charged 75% of the adult rate.
Children 9 years old and above: Charged the full adult price.

Guests are picked up from their hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter by shuttle bus between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM (this transfer incurs an additional fee and must be booked separately). The journey to Halong Bay via highway takes approximately 2.5 hours.

Upon conclusion of the cruise, return transfers to Hanoi are also available for an extra charge. Guests typically arrive back at their hotel in the Old Quarter around 2:30 PM.
