For guests utilizing the transfer service from Hanoi, pickup from hotels in the Old Quarter occurs between 7:45 and 8:00, commencing a 2.5-hour journey to Tuan Chau Cruise Port. Upon arrival at 11:30, check-in formalities are completed at the cruise lounge. All passengers then transfer via tender to the MilaLux Cruise, where a welcome drink and essential safety briefing are provided before settling into their cabins.

As the cruise begins its scenic route through Halong Bay, a buffet lunch is served. The initial stop is Luon Cave, offering an ideal setting for kayaking and experiencing the bay's timeless beauty up close. Subsequently, the ship sails towards Sung Sot Cave, also known as Surprise Cave, one of Halong Bay's most expansive limestone formations. A guided walking tour allows for exploration of its impressive stalactites and stalagmites; guests are advised to wear appropriate footwear for potentially wet conditions inside the cave.

After sightseeing, guests return to the ship and can partake in Happy Hour at the bar, featuring discounted drinks (buy two, get one free). From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates.
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates.
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates.

In cases of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions announced by the Halong Bay Management Board, the following policies apply:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (if some services like transfer, lunch, day trip, or hotel in Halong have been used): Used services will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the remainder refunded.

A specific cancellation policy applies to each cruise; please refer to the detailed cruise information or contact sales for further details regarding charges based on the cancellation timeframe.

A maximum of one child is permitted per cabin.
Child reductions are only valid when sharing a cabin with up to two adults.
Children under 5 years old sharing all services with parents are free of charge.
Children aged 5 to 11 years old sharing their parents' room are charged 75% of the adult price (this policy does not apply to Family Cabins).
Children 11 years old and above are considered adults.

A shuttle bus service is available for an additional fee, offering pickup from hotels located in Hanoi Old Quarter between 8:00 and 8:30. This comfortable transfer transports guests directly to Tuan Chau Port in Halong City.

Guests arranging their own transportation should plan to arrive at Lot 32 - Tuan Chau International Port by approximately 11:30. Around 12:00, all passengers will be seamlessly transferred via tender from the waiting station to the MilaLux Cruise for embarkation.
