The cruise then proceeds to Koh Chen, a charming island village celebrated for its centuries-old bronze and silversmithing heritage. A guided walk will lead you through local workshops, where skilled artisans meticulously craft beautifully engraved bowls, statues, and ceremonial objects using techniques passed down through generations. After the excursion, the Mekong Symphony sets sail towards Phnom Penh.

Policies & Information

Cancellation fees are applied based on the number of days prior to departure:

190 days or more before departure: 10% of the cruise price
Between 190 and 65 days before departure: 30% of the cruise price
Between 65 and 35 days prior to departure: 60% of the cruise price
35 days or less before departure: 100% of the cruise price

To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. All bookings are considered new and are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined for each cruise program.

A maximum of one child, aged between 5 and 11.99 years old, is permitted per cabin. If sharing a bed with parents, the child's rate is 30% of the double occupancy fare (when sharing with two adults). If sharing a cabin with one adult, the child's rate is 75% of the double occupancy fare. Guests aged 12 years and older are charged the adult rate. For infants under 5 years old, special permission must be requested directly from Lotus Cruises.

This program includes transfers from Siem Reap to Koh Chen via coach, or vice versa, as part of the cruise package. Additional transfers outside of those specified in the shore excursion program are not included.
