Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (if no services have been used): 100% refund.

If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other used services, with the balance refunded.

For those preferring to travel to Halong Bay independently, please ensure arrival at the Hera Grand Cruise waiting lounge, located at No. 12, Tuan Chau Harbor, by 11:30 for timely check-in.
