Hanoi to Halong Bay & Luon Cave Exploration
Morning (08:00 - 08:45): Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (if shuttle service is booked) for a comfortable 2.5-hour journey to Tuan Chau Cruise Port. (11:30 - 11:45): Arrive at Tuan Chau Cruise Port, where Grand Pioneers staff will greet you. Enjoy a welcome drink and cruise briefing before checking into your luxurious suite. Lunch will be served in the restaurant as the ship begins its journey through Halong Bay's stunning islands.
Afternoon: Travel to the majestic Luon Cave, a prime destination for exploration in Halong Bay. Here, you can discover the area via a bamboo boat rowed by locals. From June 18th to August 30th, 2026, guests have the option to visit Titop Island for swimming, beach relaxation, or a hike to the summit for panoramic bay views. Alternatively, relax onboard with leisure activities like massage services, swimming pool access, movies, 3D golf, billiards, or the kids' club. From 17:30, enjoy a Sunset Party with Happy Hour (buy one get one free) and canapés at the Sky Bar.
Evening: Indulge in a delectable dinner featuring Western and Vietnamese dishes. Afterward, unwind in your suite, enjoy a spa treatment, try squid fishing, or socialize at the poker club, cigar and wine lounge, karaoke club, sky bar, or pool bar.
Sunrise Tai Chi, Sung Sot Cave & Return to Hanoi
Morning: Witness a breathtaking sunrise over Halong Bay. Start your day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck or a workout at the onboard gym. A light breakfast will be served in the restaurant. Prepare for a visit to Sung Sot Cave, a remarkable natural wonder known for its grandeur and stunning stalactite formations. After exploring the cave, proceed with check-out and settle your bill around 09:30. Enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of Halong Bay one last time as the cruise returns to the harbor.
Late Morning/Brunch: Delight in a delicious brunch as you cruise back. Bid farewell to the Grand Pioneers Cruise and its crew upon disembarking at Tuan Chau Marina around 10:45. Transfers will be arranged for your return journey to Hanoi (if booked).
Afternoon: Arrive back in Hanoi around 14:30 - 14:45, allowing ample time for further travel plans or city exploration.
