Cancellation due to adverse weather: If the Halong Bay Management Board cancels the trip:
- Before departing Hanoi (no services used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services used, e.g., transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong): Used services will be charged, with the remainder refunded.
- If a 2-night trip is shortened to 1 night: Guests will be charged for a 2-day/1-night trip plus any other services used, with the remaining amount refunded.

Departing from Tuan Chau Port: Guests opting for self-arranged transportation should arrive at Halong International Harbor for check-in by 12:00, prior to the scheduled embarkation time.
