Arrival in Halong Bay & Island Exploration At Sea
Morning: For guests utilizing the transfer service, pickup from your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel is between 8:00 and 8:30. Arrive at Catherine Cruise’s Lounge at Tuan Chau Marina around 11:30 for a welcome drink and crew meeting. At 12:00, board the cruise, receive a safety briefing, and check into your cabin. Enjoy a luxurious lunch prepared by professional chefs.
Afternoon: Visit Sung Sot Cave, Halong Bay's largest cave. Wear comfortable shoes for the walk up. Continue to Titop Island for hiking or swimming, with options to relax on the sandy beach or climb to the summit for panoramic views. Return to the cruise for Happy Hour promotions, afternoon tea, and a cooking demonstration as the sun sets.
Evening: Indulge in a lavish fine-dining dinner at the Ambrosia Restaurant on the 4th deck. Afterward, enjoy leisure time with evening activities such as squid fishing, mini-golf, karaoke, or spa services.
Exploring Less-Touristy Halong & Lan Ha Bay At Sea
Morning: Begin your day with Tai Chi on the sundeck as the sun rises. After a light breakfast, embark on a full day of exploration to the less-touristy areas of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay. This includes a visit to the charming Trinh Nu Cave, known for its unique rock formations and local legends.
Afternoon: Enjoy swimming in the pristine waters around Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches Islets), a beautiful and secluded spot perfect for relaxation. Later, visit a local Pearl Farm to learn about the traditional process of pearl cultivation and admire the exquisite pearls.
Evening: Return to the cruise for another exquisite dinner and enjoy the onboard amenities, perhaps trying squid fishing or relaxing at the bar.
Kayaking & Departure
Morning: Start your final day with a Tai Chi class on the sundeck and witness the beautiful bay at sunrise. Enjoy your light breakfast in the restaurant and prepare for the following excursion. Time to explore the spectacular beauty of Halong Bay by kayaking at the magnificent Luon Cave. This place is created by an underground water source that flows inside the mountain and is connected to the sea by a tunnel created by a flooded cave. Enjoy a fun kayaking time to Luon Cave.
After visiting the cave, return to our Catherine Cruise to pack your luggage and check out at approximately 9:30. Later, a full brunch will be served on the 2nd deck while the boat sails back to the main port. 11:00: You will disembark the Catherine Cruise at Tuan Chau Marina. Farewell to the cruise team, and wait for your driver.
Afternoon: If you book the transfer service in advance, get in your transfer (book with an additional fee) and return to Hanoi. Reach your hotel in the Old Quarter around 15:00. End of service.
