Between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM, depart Ho Chi Minh City for Ben Tre, situated in the heart of the Mekong Delta. Visit a coconut workshop to observe the traditional process of making handmade products, then stop at a local mat-weaving house where you can learn about this craft while enjoying tea and fresh fruit.
